Dear Inspector Lindsay Sweeney

This communication has been submitted for your attention to the police 101 reporting facility via Facebook Messenger and is in video format for obvious reasons. This hard copy notification will also be hand delivered to the Neath Police Station.

This is the hand delivered version, the full video can be found on YouTube at................. https://youtu.be/acroiJgAztU

You will also find it by searching YouTube for

"INSPECTOR LINDSAY SWEENEY 101 VIDEO COMMUNICATION FROM GLYNNEATH RESIDENTS AGAINST CONTAMINATION"

I refer to the following video clips from our discussion on 21 April 2023 and your insistence that we follow the advertised 101 channels in relation to our report of a crime. I would also refer you to our statement that we had reported crimes through 101 that were not being investigated.

You stated that you would contact us direct with information in relation to the crime we reported. Please refer to the following clip from our meeting............

However, we have not heard from you in relation to this information hence this communication exactly one month later. You will note from the following video clip that you took my card and placed it in your high viz top, you will find my contact details on the card..........

With regards to this particular video, what follows is my initial 101 report of the probable unlawful killing of Glynneath residents through Neath Port Talbot Council malpractice. The occurrence number for the report is:

2100132983

Please also note that this report was 2 years and 4 days previous to our discussion at the Glynneath Town Hall. The failure of South Wales Police to address criminal activity at the Neath Port Talbot Council and Natural Resources Wales in relation to environmental crimes reported to them is almost certainly causing the death of Glynneath residents. I would urge you to consider doing your job to safeguard against further contamination deaths at the Heol y Glyn landfill site.

Our full discussion can be found on the following YouTube video by searching for.

SOUTH WALES POLICE REFUSE TO ACCEPT A VIOLENT CRIME REPORT FROM GLYNNEATH RESIDENTS

Information about the crime we attempted to report can be seen on this video.

GERRY REYNOLDS GLYNNEATH COUNCILLOR VIOLENT CRIME REPORT TO SOUTH WALES POLICE

If you watch the following COMMUNITY COUNCIL video......

GLYNNEATH TOWN COUNCIL 8 June 2021 Item 7A - PSP REPORT - SOUTH WALES POLICE & AUDIT OFFICE EVIDENCE

it contains at least 4 COMMUNITY COUNCILLORS & COMMUNITY PUBLIC OFFICIALS committing crimes against the COMMUNITY in which they live. They are potentially causing the deaths of COMMUNITY MEMBERS.

As a COMMUNITY POLICE INSPECTOR I would suggest that you liaise with those of the COMMUNITY who are having to live next to the poison and the associated illnesses that some of these COMMUNITY COUNCILLORS & COMMUNITY PUBLIC OFFICIALS are covering up.

If you as a COMMUNITY POLICE INSPECTOR only take information off COMMUNITY COUNCILLORS and refuse to take information off COMMUNITY SUPPORT GROUPS then you are failing the COMMUNITY you are paid to serve.

If you require further information about these crimes against the COMMUNITY we will be happy to provide it.

Regards, David Richards, Glynneath Residents Against Contamination,

a COMMUNITY SUPPORT GROUP
