This meeting is an excellent example of how the actual minutes of the meeting are falsified by the clerk and are covering up corruption at the Glynneath Town Council. 

If we look at the the actual minutes themselves. They state that Councillors Morgan and Knoyle did not take part in any vote. 

But if you watch the video you will see there is no vote. Both Smon Knoyle and Del Morgan have declared an interest in the item and what we see is Simon Knoyle who shouldn't even be part of the discussion controlling the information and discussion making a directive stating that 

"If we are all happy then, we will acknowledge receipt, then we will ask Joanna to confirm with the person who wrote the letter if they are happy for this to be passed on to the appropriate department within Neath Port Talbot, is that OK"

GLYNNEATH TOWN COUNCIL 8 June 2021 - Item 7A - PSP REPORT

A research report on how residents from the houses surrounding the Heol y Glyn landfill site in Glynneath are dying of rare neurodegenerative disorders that is almost certainly linked to ground contamination that is being covered up by public officials. 

This report has been submitted to Neath-Port Talbot County Borough Council, Glynneath Town Council & Natural Resources Wales.  These organisations refuse to provide a counter analysis on this document, the conclusion of which is:

“Residents of Brynhyfryd are dying from the rare neurological disorder Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. These deaths are almost certainly due to specified and other probable unspecified contamination tipped at the Heol y Glyn landfill site. Public officers who have covered up this contamination are potentially responsible for the unlawful killing of these residents.”

7. Matters pertaining to Correspondence received
a) Letter pertaining to Heol y Glyn site (dated 1st May 2021)
Cllr S Knoyle and D Morgan, having declared an interest, took no part in any vote.
Members discussed the contents of the letter received. It was noted that the Town Council had
written to Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council (NPTCBC) at the time, expressing the
Council’s views.
Resolved: To formally acknowledge receipt of the letter in the first instance. As the matter
pertained to planning consents and enforcement, the letter would be forwarded
on to the Planning Department at NPTCBC, subject to the writer’s permission.
