There are 3 recent planning applications associated with the development.

P2020/0195 - to vary the conditions on the original planning permissions granted in 2003 and most recently in 2010. These conditions included a detailed test of the site for contamination issues.

P2020/0863 - to remove the detailed testing of the site for contamination issues.

P2021/0195 - to continue the planning process without the need for testing industrial waste for contamination thereby allowing the developer to move toxic waste closer to peoples homes.

COD   If we focus on the planning permission P2020/0863 will we see how the NPT Council work with the developer to place Glynneath residents at risk:

The planning approval for P2020/0195 was in September 2020. Enzo immediately started work on developing the site. NPT Planning Department and the Glynneath Councillors Simon Knoyle and Del Morgan met with Enzo on site. The plans for P2020/0863 were put into the planning department on 12 October and a day later, a chemical test was made on 13 October 2020 which was made available to the developer Enzo on 3 November 2020.

About the chemical test. If we look at the area tested we will see that Enzo has removed soil from the spoil heap and spread it around the test area thinking that because the council have told him the land is inert, it is.

The test was therefore available when the plans were passed in March 2021 yet it was not included in the documents submitted for the planning approval.

The conclusion is that the NPT Council are are happy to work with an unscrupulous developer to spread contaminated soil that includes lead around the site and closer to peoples homes without due regard to the health and lives of the residents living close by.

skull & crossbones Let's see how many of these contaminants are harmful to human health?
    The answer is all.

audio   07.50 - talk me through the process

16.30 - iestyn around 16.30 he says the loss of the stream would be major - before that he says that it is a SINC - high importance

17.40ish - there is no point in a conservation survey - he agrees - nothing binding

deliberately misrepresented in land description

refuse to provide information in relation to the dev

I undertook research and identified that a contamination test had been hidden

supplied info to GTCO & NPTC

if we look at the GTCO meeting prior to plan meet we will see that even though they are aware NPTC have potentially broken a majot environmental law then they are still working for themselves and NPTC as oppose to GTCO.

FF to planning com meeting where they received confirmation of breach in a doc

and the actual meet itself where 40 residents had objected and they were the only ones to support the dev

FF again to flooding in BH

& recent test - we can see that they are still doing nothing to protect GN residents

The only person working in the role of a councillor to protect the people of GN is me.

wind direction easterly - dry - dust - contam spread.

Vote for me please to help replace ineffectual councillors and support
