Dear DS Peach
Thanks you for your reply. Can I request please that your officers make available to us a log of any actions or avenues of enquiry they make in respect to this very complex subject. I would also suggest that it may save a great deal of time and effort for your officers if they liaise with us on the avenues of investigation and the questions that should be asked of public officials.
I note from previous enquiries that irrelevant avenues of investigation have led officers to a dead end after which they have refused to communicate with us and also that the public officials who are potentially responsible for the cause of these deaths will use methods of deception to avoid relevant questions and fabricate information to cover up their crimes or misrepresent their role in relation to their role as a public official.. I understand that your officers will be trained in methods of investigation but would would suggest that sometimes, two heads are better than one and we may be in a position to corroborate with you.
You should also be aware that my support team are far more qualified than any of the council officials you should investigate in realtion to these potential crimes and as such they should be able to identify for you inaccuracies in any information provided to you should it exist.
Firstly, I would refer you to the attached document which the former councillor Roger Simons was in possession of and which relates to the death of one of his friends. The document was given to 3 serving Glynneath Town Councillors, of which, Councillor Simons was one. The other two documents were destroyed by the two other serving councillors. Gerry Reynollds and Haulwen Morgan, It should be noted that only the accompanying letter to the report was given to the celerk by Haulwen Morgan so there is clear evidence of misconduct and a potential stand alone crime that I would suggest is worth investigating.
The document showed that people in our group were almost certainly dying from rare neurodegenerative disorders from toxic waste. I would suggest that an opening line of enquiry for your officers would be to identify from the former councillors Reynolds and Morgan why and how they destroyed public documents that indicated a serious health problem instead of passing them to the town clerk at Glynneath for the Town Councillors to discuss.
