20231230-WBVI-CREE-SKNO-cod-doc-pub | CHRISTINA REES MP & SIMON KNOYLE, NEATH PORT TALBOT COUNCIL COMMUNICATION - COUNCIL OF DEATH DOCUMENT |
This video is an email exchange chain between the Neath M.P.
Christina Rees, the Glynneath Councillor Simon Knoyle
and the Glynneath Residents Against Contamination
chairman Dai Richards.
The subject matter of the initial email is the Council of Death document delivered to the 15 Neath Port Talbot Councillors on 7 September 2020. The document shows how the council planning department worked with the demolition and asbestos removal company Cuddy Group Ltd to avoid remediation of contaminated land through a series of planning approvals between 2008 and 2010. This broke the 1990 Environmental Protection Act. The purpose of the submitted document was to......... " verify the responsibilities and the actions of the Neath-Port Talbot Council when ‘contaminated land’ was reported to them as part of a Cuddy Group planning application in 2008 and to identify whether or not the council have upheld these responsibilities." However, for past 3 years the council have hidden the document. The Glynneath Councillors Del Morgan and Simon Knoyle are named in the document as refusing to communicate with residents in relation to the information contained within the document. This is still the case. . The chain begins with an email from Christina Rees to Stephen Karl Hunt.......... Following on from this exchange Dai Richards replied to Christina Rees offering the MP an opportunity to observe an exchange of information between Councillor Knoyle and the Glynneath Residents Against Contamination. |
RESOURCES - EMAIL CHAIN FEATURED
Email from Christina Rees to Stephen Karl Hunt about our COD document asking for an official response from the council. |
Mr Richards has asked that “Christina please make representation on our behalf of our group Glynneath Residents Against Contamination to the Council Leader at NPTC, Stephen Karl Hunt, requesting an official response from the council in relation to a document submitted to 15 NPTC Councillors in September 2020 that identified the council breached the UK Government's 1990 Environmental Act during the planning process at the Heol y Glyn site. To date this document has not been responded to and there is clear evidence that the Head of Planning at NPTC, Ceri Morris has misrepresented this UK Government legislation.” |

Email reply from SKNO that included the following
statement.....
I (and previous Cllr Del Morgan) were subjected to a tidal wave of abuse, bullying, harassment, slander and libel against us which continues to this day. |

COUNCIL OF KILLERS COMMUNICATION
An email reply to Christina Rees by Rugby Relics Ltd which was copied in to Karen Jones, the Chief Executive of Neath Port Talbot Council referring her to the PIDA. The email pointed her to planning department corruption with regards to P2020/0863, the plans of death and informing her that I will be reporting her to the police soon. We changed the logo and title of the page to Council of Killers based upon the fact that Neath Port Talbot Council corruption has most likely in the past and still is causing the death of residents surrounding the Heol y Glyn landfill site. |
