Reference: The refusal of South Wales Police to investigate the probable murders of Glynneath residents including the actress Ruth Madoc and her husband John Jackson ( Occ No. 2200425412 ), and the murder of the politician Roger Simons. The attempted murders of Glynneath residents by NPTC

Dear South Wales Police 

I would like to report the murders of 3 Glynneath residents, death certificates of two are attached, the other resident has been missing for the last 11 months, there is no trace of his whereabouts, his body has not been found, he must therefore be presumed dead, murdered. I am also reporting the attempted murder of myself and other residents in the area. Further information about this can be found below. 

With reference to the most recent report of a crime Occ No. 2200425412, the attached death certificates of murdered residents and the series of emails between myself and DS Tyrone Peach, part of which can be found in the chain of this email. What is clear from DS Peach's refusal to communicate with our group is that he is happy for residents of this area to be murdered by a corrupt council who are refusing to follow contaminated land protocol with regards to a toxic waste dump next to our homes. He refuses to investigate and therefore continues to cover up the actions of council murderers which places residents of this area at danger of death. I would refer you to an industry specialist in our support team who's considered opinion is that:

"Potentially we could see a national disaster in which dozens of people may die" 

Whilst this would seem a government problem, I can provide evidence that all the relevant government agencies who are tasked with dealing with such instances can be proven to be supporting this corruption, Natural Resources Wales, Public Health Wales, Glynneath Town Council and National Audit Wales. These organisations either use inappropriate UK legislation to avoid dealing with matter or point us back to NPTC planning department as the reason they will not investigate the clear corruption incidents we have provided them with. 

It should also be noted that a member of our support team, Councillor Roger Simons has clearly been murdered. He has been missing for 11 months and his body has not been found and even though it has been reported to DS Peach of South Wales Police that we believe he has been murdered, your force show no interest in following up on this. It is clear that SWP have no interest in investigating his death, only in supporting his potential murderers. 

This email is to again report of the murder of Roger Simons through unknown circumstances but most likely in relation to his discovery of a rigged ballot in the most recent council elections. 

A separate report of murder should be opened for Alwyn Phillips and Tegwen Allen formerly of Brynhyfryd, Glynneath. I have the permission of their partners (Maureen & Peter) to report this. Their murders have taken place through corruption at Neath Port Talbot Council that has caused their deaths through a rare neurodegenerative disorder that can be linked to the toxic waste identified at the site. Evidence submitted to Neath Port Talbot Council that identifies the council breached the 1990 Environmental Protection Act has been covered up and not responded to. The Head of Planning Ceri Morris has blatantly misrepresented the act in a communication.

I am reporting the attempted murder of myself and the rest of my community by the Head of Planning at NPTC, Ceri Morris. The plans P2020/0863 allow a developer to move 21,000 cubic metres of confirmed toxic waste next to the properties bordering the Heol y Glyn landfill site in Glynneath. The Head of Planning at NPTC has failed to follow protocol and the recommendations of the Planning Committee and Contaminated Land Officer at NPTC. It is a deliberate and callous act designed to protect the historical actions of his corrupt officers. This action will cause the deaths of residents. To get to this stage previously.........

I have reported and provided evidence for 'unlawful killing', and South Wales Police used an inappropriate avenue of investigation and subsequently have refused to communicate with regards this investigation.

I have reported and provided evidence for 'Corporate Manslaughter', and South Wales Police have failed to communicate with us regards this investigation.

I have reported and provided evidence for 'Misconduct in Public Office' covering up 'Corporate Manslaughter', and South Wales Police have refused to communicate with regards this investigation.

I would ask that South Wales Police please arrange by appointment to send as senior officer as possible to my home to view the evidence available and receive statements from members of our team and residents at risk of death from contamination, or if necessary I can travel to present our case.
