Dear Chief Constable
Please find enclosed a draft report titled
"GLYNNEATH CONTAMINATION MURDERS, GEO-TECHNICAL & GEO-ENVIRONMENTAL REPORT - JULY 2009 - THE CREATION OF A FALSE TRUTH WITH TERRA FIRMA (WALES) LIMITED INFORMATION"
I would suggest that the content of the report and its relative allegations of crimes being committed while your force turns a blind eye to what in effect are serial murders being committed warrant a response.
We have been reporting 'Unlawful Killing' and 'Corporate Homicide' to your force for over 5 years and have yet to see evidence of an investigation that is appropriate to the seriousness of the reported 'offences or relevant to the crimes being committed.'
It must be accepted that if you fail to respond within one month from the date of delivery of this report then you accept the draft report's conclusion part of which is:
The decision makers with regards the creation of this information generated false-truth and the associated planning process delivery are liable for these deaths. The legislation which identifies this liability as a crime, is the Corporate Manslaughter and Homicide Act 2007 and the common law offence Gross Negligence Manslaughter.
Your position of responsibility in the relevant regulatory authority responsible for investigating such crimes makes you an accessory to those crimes if you too, turn a blind eye.
I hope this letter and the report make our position clear.
Regards
Dai Richards - Director, Rugby Relics Ltd
Chairman - Glynneath Residents Against Contamination Group
