Can NPTC please establish why was the chemical testing split and only part of the land tested. In the remaining area not tested Enzo, NRW and NPTC have been provided eye witness reports of potential toxic waste being tipped in the untested area. Enzo has applied to move it without testing, NRW have suggested it is not cost efficient to test the area and NPTC Surely it would have made sense and only have cost a fraction more to have undertaken a generic testing of the complete site.
The NPTC website has just undergone a re-vamp, why then is the planning department public objection information section still not working? check ?
Objections to /0863 = 4 should read at least 20
Why did the case officer Nicola Lake change information on a document dated March 2020 in July 2020 that contravened Welsh Government guidance in relation to climate change?

| P2020/0863 - We believe that originally scheduled for committee in October 2020 but removed shortly after Dr Simon Thomas (PhD in chemistry) registered to speak on behalf of the residents. The plans were then removed and passed directly by the planning department without going through the committee in March 2021. | ||
