reply to letter & reports dated 1/5/2021
NRW VID he doesn't mention the reports and he focuses on contamination at the end focus on special site and the fact that both reports identify that the site should have been investigated further to identify whether or not it was a special site. include end with conclusion of rp2
My initial letter included the following information It should be noted that they are covering up a breach of the 1990 Environmental Protection Act and have used methods of deception and blocking to avoid my relevant queries in relation to this. He doesn't mention the 1990 EPA but does mention that it is not a special site. It might be suggested that you are clearly avoiding reference to the EPA 1990 and as such if this is the case then your letter coulsd be seen as supporting NPTCBC corruption. The term (which this site is not) is an assumption based upon the fact that site has not been tested, that is you believe the site have assumed the site is not a special site based upon the fact that it has not been |

PSP report conclusion. our communication provides info to NRW that allows them to do their job to protect the people of Glynneath from harm caused by NPTC malpractice and corruption. provided historical info that has no relevance to the information contained in the reports provided. Changed the nature of the communication from one about a breach of the EPA and the resulting consequences that have most likely caused the deaths of Glynneath residents to one of contamination inspection responsibilities use the special site info.
