The Neath Port Talbot Council staff or elected representatives named in this video have been identified as having made corrupt actions in their role as a Neath Port Talbot Council representative. They have all failed to observe the purpose of the Neath Port Talbot Council which is:

"The Neath Port Talbot Council exists to serve and represent the interests of its citizens and communities. We strive to improve the economic, social, environmental and cultural well-being of all of our people."

The purpose places in them a duty of care to ensure that the health of the citizens of East Glynneath has not been affected by the identified historical malpractice of the council planning department. Every council representative named in this video is aware of the 'Council of Death' document.

Not one of them has offered counter evidence to disprove its findings.

Not one of them has made public that the document exists.

Not one of them has proved in a publicly made statement that they have undertaken due diligence in relation to the contents of the document.

What we are stating is that every council official that appears in this video has undertaken at least one corrupt action in relation to the contamination identified at the Heol y Glyn site in 2008. Many have committed several acts of corruption. Therefore we are stating that every council official in this video is:
