A nice walk to the top of Moel Penderyn from home which works out to about 6 miles. On the way I passed a free apples, marrow and courgette crate at one of the local farms. I had an apple mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.........

I popped into Spring Valley Lakes as I was passing to check out the taster session / come and try it weekend at the lakes. I discovered James Pigdon coaching a couple of lads there. The quality of James' coaching is top drawer. |

When I'm riding I try to catch the leaves as they are falling from the trees, I've been doing this for about 5 years and today was the earliest in the year that I'd caught one. I didn't catch one the whole of last year so I was so excited to catch one today. |
