TOXIC WASTE DUMPING INFORMATION SHARING

ENZO HOMES - NATURAL RESOURCES WALES - NEATH PORT TALBOT COUNCIL

CAS-133057-B0B4 (NRW CASE NUMBER)

Following a face to face confrontation with Enzo at the site on the in which his last words about the development were "it will happen" we uploaded a video of a resident to youtube in which the resident in question provides an eyewitness report of probable toxic waste dumping by the Cuddy Group. The information contained in this resident testimony can be found on this video: ( https://youtu.be/IXqYRlqN2iA ). The information contained in the video had been previously submitted to both Natural Resources Wales and Neath Port Talbot Council.

We feel that it is important that Enzo is aware of this information, that there exists the probability of toxic waste being found at the site so that he can pre-warn his employees to be on guard for such dangers. There is also the additional concern that the disturbance of such waste may affect the residents of neighbouring properties in the form of dust, vapour clouds, groundwater etc.

The following actions have been noted in this process:

14/12/2020   Reply to Gwen Williams (enquiries email) stating that I would forward the initial information email to her directly (from my other computer). The email dated 10/7/2020 was sent direct to Lisa Harris at NRW who said she would forward the info to the Waste Regulation Team who were responsible for initial reports of potential toxic waste tipping. - CLICK HERE FOR THIS EMAIL
14/12/2020   In a follow up email I also asked to view the Enzo licence for the site. This I had asked for twice previously from the waste regulation team without reply. - CLICK HERE FOR THIS EMAIL
