NEATH-PORT TALBOT COUNCIL LEADER

20200420A-IN-jones.r.corruption - The actions of the council leader in this email we believe are morally corrupt. The information provided to him we believe was clear and concise and the purpose of the email as can be seen from the subject line. That we provided evidence of Steve Balls' deception was explained in the paragraph

"This is the reason why, as the council leader we copied you to the directed question on 5/4/2020; so that you could either provide an answer yourself or delegate the responsibility down the council chain of command because the appropriate department had refused to answer it."

Our intention was for the council leader to again delegate responsibility for our questions to be answered. The series of questions that end the email all deal with contamination and are designed to provide relevant information to council tax paying residents of Neath-Port Talbot. If we refer to the purpose of the Neath-Port Talbot Council which is

"Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council exists to serve and represent the interests of its citizens and communities. We strive to improve the economic, social, environmental and cultural well-being of all of our people. "

It is assumed that the council leader has a sufficient level of intelligence to understand this purpose and is aware of it because he wrote the introduction of the document in which they appear. His refusal to answer questions or to delegate the responsibility to another suggests that he is attempting to cover up the alleged malpractice of his planning department. In the interest of fairness we offered the Council Leader the option to change his stance on this matter which he refused to do. Therefore we would suggest that this act is physically corrupt and as such it is a criminal offence.
