I must have worked like a dog at.......... www.rugbyrelics.com - www.world-rugby-museum.com - www.personal-trainer-wales.com ................. because I'm struggling to find any photos of things that I did. I know that I got myself quite fit and my running back up to 5 miles. I did a few park runs with Dale and Laurie. I'm going to keep looking................. |
