I am
Chairman of the group Glynneath Residents Against Contamination
and for the last 8 years I have been working to support
the residents in the East Glynneath ward living close by the
Heol y Glyn landfill site. During this time: This council has refused to accept that the former Neath Corporation and the Cuddy Group Ltd could have tipped poisons at the site despite tests that show they have. This council has refused to investigate whether or not the Neath Port Talbot Council have followed contaminated land protocol despite having been provided evidence that they have not. In the last 4 years since the Environmental criminal Enzo Homes took over and spread contamination around the site: Your Councillors have been using methods of intimidation against our group members. Your councillors have incited hate campaigns against members in our group. Your councillors have destroyed information that has highlighted corruption at Neath Port Talbot Council that could have potentially saved lives. Your council has fabricated information in the council records. Your councillors have lied to residents living next to the site. Since this present council has been elected you have supported corruption that is still almost certainly causing the death of Glynneath Residents as we speak by: Turning a blind eye to corruption at your parent organisation Neath Port Talbot Council. Liaising with corrupt Neath Port Talbot Council public officials who are covering up the potential Corporate Manslaughter of Glynneath Residents. By referring to inappropriate government organisations to avoid accountability. All 3 of my local councillors John Blower, Emyr Harris and Martha Cowley have refused to accept and consider information that is relevant to their role as a councillor. Both Del Morgan and Simon Knoyle are aware of poisons that are present at the site and are potentially affecting people as we speak. Del Morgan is covering this up, while Simon Knoyle is deliberately using subversive actions that encourage people within the community to potentially contribute towards their own deaths and those of their family members. Your council has gone to extraordinary lengths to avoid doing your duty as as a council to protect the people you are elected to represent. "You are a criminal organisation not a council." |
