of people by the misrepresentation of land that contains
contaminants that have been hidden through a process of
misrepresentation through documentation in a council
planning process.
DRIC So you are saying that is not a police matter, is that correct? (2.41) JDAV If someone is deliberately acting in such a way then yes. JDAV But that's not the way its been indicated to ourselves DRIC So I'm indicating it to you now that it is a Corporate Homicide offence because I've studied this in depth for at least the last 6 years. JDAV That's not the evidence thAt has been provided to ourselves... DRIC Because..... it actually has been provided to you because there is a YouTube video which shows me presenting information to Inspector Sweeney in 2023 OK...... JDAV What was the result DRIC She said she would chase it up for me which she did not.
