Dear Councillors Blower, Cowley and Harris
Please find attached a print out of a series of emails relating to a Freedom of Information request from the Glynneath Town Council which I initially requested on 4 February 2022. I have followed protocol and contacted the town council through the clerk’s email address and following the initial communication I have supplied the relevant information to Councillor Knoyle when requested. I did not hear back from Councillor Knoyle.
Following this, on the 18 May 2020 I sent an email to the clerk at the Town Council and also hand delivered a print out of my email and the chain of emails in relation to my request to the Bethania Community Centre. I have not received a reply or an acknowledgement of my email or hand delivered letter from the clerk.
The Glynneath Town Council website suggests that if I have a problem then I should contact my ward councillor, hence this communication.
It would seem the Glynneath Town Council are ignoring my Freedom of Information request, could you look into this for me please.
Yours faithfully - David Richards
