20210607R-EM-20201025A-EM-PCOM-foi	CWIL ENZD PCOM	On the 25 October 2020 we sent an email to every member of the planning committee to ask what due diligence they have undertaken in response to the EGRAC report. The email included information that a member of the planning committee Chris Williams lived next to the landfill site and asked whether or not they were aware of this. While he did so his wife died of unnatural causes. Councillor Williams refuses to share information on how she passed away, however information received from a source living nearby suggested that she died in hospital from an infection that may have been related to a neurodegenerative disorder. It is not our intention to cause distress to Councillor Williams but he has refused to share relevant information with us and he moved away from the area shortly his wife died. The contamination was included in the planning applications that Councillor Williams would have been informed of, he was also a member of the Glynneath Town Council. This is relevant to our group because if Councillor Williams was aware of hidden contamination at the site and that is the reason why he moved away then he is potentially guilty of the Corporate Manslaughter of his former neighbours who have died since then.
