| 16/3/2021 | Gave planning approval to remove 21,000 cubic metres of toxic waste from the Heol y Glyn site in Glynneath without testing. The land had already been tested as contaminated 6 months previous to this. CLICK HERE . Has suggested that the soil is inert on land which is part of a spoil heap, part of which has been tested as contaminated. (Analysis to follow) | |
