report at the Glynneath Town Council meeting of 27 October 2020
and voted to refer the matter back to the Neath Port Talbot
Council despite being supplied with the EGRAC report stating
that the Neath Port Talbot Council are covering up recorded
contamination and a breach of the 1990 Environmental Protection
Act at the site.
