EMPIRICAL EVIDENCE OF LANDFILL STATUS - GLYNNEATH RESIDENTS AGAINST CONTAMINATION TIP OBSERVATIONS - The Glynneath Residents Against Contamination group has evolved from a group of residents who were concerned about the Cuddy Group Ltd tipping at the Heol-y-Glyn landfill site in 2016. Known locally as the tip, the land south of Heol-y-Glyn in the Welsh mining village of Glynneath has for the majority of the time since the late 1930s been used as a domestic and industrial landfill site. This video contains empirical evidence of this. The reason we have collected and published this information is because Neath Port Talbot Council insist there is no landfill site in the area.

sunset beginnings from Blaen Baglan Farm. Parking at the Quays in Briton Ferry I did the strand on Aberavon Beach from the Ferry Bend to telly tubby toilets. Sheltered there for 10 while there was a storm and continued on a loop around to the twin town corner on Mynydd Dinas where there was a bit of thunder and the heavens opened again, this time there was no where to shelter. Through Baglan, past the RFC and a small loop of the Ferry back to the Quays, approx 9 miles.
