Part of the Rugby Relics family, the World Rugby Museum is an on-line look at how the sport of rugby has developed from its origins at Rugby School to present day. Show business is almost in the blood, I'm distantly related to Wales' first Oscar winner Ray Milland. I've been working in films and TV productions since 2014. Its part of my persona to start something I'm never going to finish, to challenge myself, that way, there's always a reason to live, to finish something I've started and there is always something interesting to do wherever I may be. A research report paper that identifies how the Neath-Port Talbot Council Planning Department broke the 1990 Environmental Protection Act when they failed to follow the protocol documented in their Contaminated Land Strategy.

The report has been submitted to Neath-Port Talbot County Borough Council, Glynneath Town Council & Natural Resources Wales. These organisations refuse to accept responsibility for their role in government or to provide a counter analysis on the purpose of this document which is:

A research report on how residents from the houses surrounding the Heol y Glyn landfill site in Glynneath are dying of rare neurodegenerative disorders that is almost certainly linked to ground contamination that is being covered up by public officials.

This report has been submitted to Neath-Port Talbot County Borough Council, Glynneath Town Council & Natural Resources Wales. These organisations refuse to provide a counter analysis on this document, the conclusion of which is:

“Residents of Brynhyfryd are dying from the rare neurological disorder Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. These deaths are almost certainly due to specified and other probable unspecified contamination tipped at the Heol y Glyn landfill site. Public officers who have covered up this contamination are potentially responsible for the unlawful killing of these residents.”

8 September 2020 - Dai Richards as Chairman of Glynneath residents Against Contamination informs the Neath Port Talbot Council Planning Committee of Planning Department malpractice and a breach of 1990 Environmental Protection Act. He warns of the integrity of the current owner of the site, Enzo Homes.

(2 months later Enzo was issued an enforcement order for breaking the conditions set by the Planning Committee.)

Glynneath Town Council are refusing to accept responsibility to challenge their parent authority Neath Port Talbot Council who have blatantly broken rules in relation to the Contaminated Land Strategy at the Heol y Glyn landfill site. The following video is a representation I made to ask a public question in relation to a SAR made about an email chain of which I was the subject matter. The council failed to answer the question which was a simple yes or no requirement.
