PROTECTION REFUSES TO ANSWER SCRUTINY QUESTIONS
After an exchange of private messages on Facebook and emails, the Chair of the Scrutiny Committee with responsibility for contaminated land Councillor Stephen Karl Hunt agreed to ask questions of the Planning Department for us. We submitted 5 questions to Councillor Hunt, all directed towards the Head of Planning and Public Protection, Ceri Morris. Councillor Hunt met with Head of Planning and others and the group refused to answer the questions. At no point during the exchange with the head of planning etc did SKHU refer to the Contaminated Land Officer. |

MISCONDUCT IN PUBLIC OFFICE.
The following report was submitted to South Wales Police following the refusal of Stephen Karl Hunt to take council malpractice to the relevant scrutiny committee of which he was chairman. The report defines the offence as Misconduct in Public Office in respect to his covering up of 3 major environmental crimes that involve the NPTC planning department and developers. These crimes have almost certainly caused the death of Glynneath residents bordering the Heol y Glyn landfill site including the actress Ruth Madoc and her husband Jack Jackson. |
